1. Who we are

rvtc.co.uk is published by RVTC LTD ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales under number 16980210, registered office Suite 512, 33 Great George Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 3AJ. Contact: admin@rvtc.co.uk. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. What this site is

This site describes the structure of the RVTC group and points you to its four brands. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on it is a quotation, a promise of availability, or a contract to supply anything.

3. Who you contract with

Each brand's services are provided by the company that owns the brand, under that company's own terms:

• Alectrona — RVTC Installations Ltd (17345557).
• Solar Tech Support and Sentinel — RVTC LTD (16980210).
• The Warehouse — RVTC Wholesale Ltd (17345553).

"RVTC Group" names the group, not a contracting party. No company called RVTC Group is incorporated at the date at the top of this page, and nothing on this site should be read as a contract with one.

4. Accuracy of company details

Company names, numbers, incorporation dates and the registered office on this site are taken from the Companies House register and were checked on the date at the top of this page. We keep them current, but the Companies House register is the authoritative record and prevails over anything here.

5. Links to other sites

This site links to the four brand websites, which are run by the companies named above, and to Companies House. Each of those sites is governed by its own terms and privacy policy where published. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.

6. The contact form

The form is for genuine enquiries from suppliers, partners, press and anyone whose question spans more than one brand. Customers of a brand will be answered faster by that brand. Sending a message does not create a contract, and we may pass an enquiry to the group company best placed to answer it (see our privacy policy). Do not use the form for anything urgent: it is read during working hours.

7. Intellectual property

The text and design of this site belong to RVTC LTD. The brand names and marks shown belong to the companies that own them and appear here to identify them. You may link to this site freely; you may not copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

8. Liability

This site is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but give no warranty that it is either. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England & Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when we last did. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England & Wales.
