Where things stand today. All three operating companies are incorporated and trading: RVTC LTD (16980210), RVTC Installations Ltd (17345557) and RVTC Wholesale Ltd (17345553), all registered at the same Leeds office. Until the holding company exists they are sister companies under common ownership, not subsidiaries of anything. The holding company shown above is not yet incorporated, and RVTC LTD will be renamed RVTC Support Ltd to match what it does. We would rather show you the structure and where we are in it than pretend it is already finished.

02 Why four brands

Most solar problems are handoff problems.

A homeowner whose battery has stopped charging is usually passed between three companies and helped by none of them. The installer has dissolved. The manufacturer’s UK arm is in administration and the warranty went with it. The monitoring app still draws a graph, but nobody is reading it.

Each of those is a separate business with a separate incentive, and the gaps between them are where the customer ends up. The same people own all four functions, deliberately, so the handoff happens inside one group instead of between four strangers.

The brands stay separate because the customers are genuinely different. Someone choosing an installer, someone stuck with a system another installer left behind, an engineer who needs remote access to a stranger’s inverter, and a trade buyer who wants stock and a price. One brand trying to be all four would be trusted by none of them.
